How a repacking run works
Retailer routing guide and SKU spec sheet reviewed. Pre-build sample sent to you for approval before the run starts.
Original cartons opened, units inspected, damaged units segregated. Component counts verified against the inbound packing list.
New case-pack quantity, new labels, new master case. First-built case photographed and sent for QA before the run continues.
Repacked inventory either receipted to reserve under its new SKU or staged for retailer outbound the same week.
