B2B & Retail Fulfillment

Floor-ready displays, retail compliance, EDI integration, and chargeback prevention for Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Costco, and the rest. Built by people who've owned the chargeback line.

What B2B + retail fulfillment covers

Every step retail expects you to handle before the truck hits their dock.

1

Retail compliance

Per-retailer routing guides, labeling, packing slips, EDI 856 ASNs, and pallet-build standards. Compliance audited before the load leaves the building.

2

Floor-ready displays

PDQ trays, end-cap displays, side-stack builds, and shipper assembly. Assembled, branded, and stretch-wrapped per planogram.

3

EDI & chargeback prevention

Native EDI through SPS Commerce, CommerceHub, DSCO. ASNs filed, GS1-128 labels generated, weights and dims captured against the BOL. Chargeback risks flagged before pickup, not after invoice.

when you're talking about chargebacks, when you're talking about near misses, a lot of that stuff, that's the minutia that costs. And people forget about that very easily.

How retail orders move

From PO drop to retailer dock, audited every step.

  1. 01

    PO + routing

PO drops via EDI 850 or portal. We pull the retailer's current routing guide, confirm pickup window, schedule with the carrier they assign.

  2. 02

    Pick + compliance pack

Pick to the retailer's case quantity, label per their barcode spec (UCC-128 / GS1-128), build the pallet to their max-height + slip-sheet rules.

  3. 03

    ASN + BOL

EDI 856 ASN filed, BOL generated, retailer-routed carrier notified. Photos of the loaded trailer attached to the order record.

  4. 04

    Audit + flag

Pre-pickup audit against the routing guide. Any chargeback risk (wrong pallet height, missing label, late ASN) gets flagged and fixed before pickup. Not surfaced six weeks later as a deduction.

Why operators move retail fulfillment to us

Chargebacks aren't a cost of doing business.

1

We know the routing guides.

Walmart, Target, Costco, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's — the team has shipped to all of them. The routing guides aren't a learning exercise.

2

EDI is native, not bolted on.

SPS Commerce, CommerceHub, DSCO, CIN7, Channel Advisor — connected through Extensiv. No 'we'll figure out the integration in month two.'

3

Chargebacks tracked by retailer.

We track chargeback reasons per retailer and root-cause them. The same mistake doesn't happen twice.

4

Floor-ready builds in-house.

Display assembly, PDQ trays, side-stacks, and end-cap builds done at our facility. You don't pay a separate co-packer.
