Kitting & Subscription Box Fulfillment

Kitting, gift sets, multipacks, subscription box assembly, and seasonal builds — assembled by an ops team that audits the margin math, not just the count.

What we kit

From a 2-component bundle to a 30-SKU subscription run.

1

Promotional & gift sets

Seasonal bundles, influencer PR boxes, holiday gift sets — custom inserts, branded packaging, gift-wrap, and per-unit photo QA before they leave the dock.

2

Multi-pack assembly

Bundle two, three, five, or thirty units into a single SKU with a unique FNSKU or retailer UPC. Built ahead of demand spikes so outbound is just pick-and-ship.

3

Subscription box runs

Monthly / quarterly box builds against a forecast. We pull the SKU list, assemble, label, and stage for outbound on your launch date — every box identical, every box on time.

whoever figures out how to sustain the people part of it will win at the end of the day because they'll still be cheaper than the automation. They may not be as quick necessarily, but they will be cheaper.

How a kitting run runs

Five steps from forecast to assembled inventory.

  1. 01

    Forecast + BOM

You send the bill of materials and the target build count. We confirm component on-hand, flag shortages, and lock the build slot.

  2. 02

    Pre-build inspection

Components pulled to a staging zone. Each component is verified against your spec sheet — wrong-label, damaged, or short-count units flagged before the build starts.

  3. 03

    Assemble

Dedicated kit-build station. Photo of the first kit goes to you for QA approval before the run continues.

  4. 04

    Label + outer-pack

Each kit gets its own FNSKU or retailer label. Outer cartons palletized per shipping requirements.

  5. 05

    Stage or ship

Kits go into reserve under their assembled SKU (ready to pick), or we ship inbound to Amazon / retailer the same week.

Why operators move their kitting to us

Margin doesn't die quietly here.

1

Audit before the run, not after.

We line-item the components, the labor, and the consumables before you sign off. No 'we'll figure it out at invoice' moments.

2

Photo QA on every build.

First-kit photo to you for approval; spot-check photos through the run. You catch issues before 5,000 units are wrong.

3

Component reserve management.

Components stay separated from kitted inventory in the WMS, so the count never lies.

4

Surge capacity for seasonal.

We've run Black Friday subscription drops at 10x normal monthly volume — staffed up two weeks ahead, not the day before.
