FBA Prep Services

Amazon-compliant FBA prep done by the people who shipped FBA themselves. Labeling, polybagging, bundling, case-packing, and direct inbound to Amazon — from both US fulfillment centers, on one service agreement.

What we handle

Every step Amazon will ding you for if it's wrong.

1

FNSKU & UPC labeling

Per-unit FNSKU label application, UPC sticker placement, suffocation labels on poly bags, and Amazon's prep type matching — done to spec the first time.

2

Polybagging & bundling

Multi-unit polybags, gift bundles, multipacks, and shrink wrap. Bundle SKUs are kept separate from individual SKUs so inbound to Amazon doesn't fight the listing.

3

Case-packing & inbound

Case-pack to Amazon's case quantity, label outer cartons, photograph the pallet build, and arrange direct inbound to the assigned FC. Tracking + BOL filed against your shipment ID.

How the prep flow runs

From the dock to Amazon's network in days, not weeks.

  1. 01

    Inbound receive

Pallets arrive at our dock. We count, photograph, and stage. SKUs are matched to your forecast and to the FBA shipment ID you've created in Seller Central.

  2. 02

    Prep + label

Per-unit labels applied, bundles assembled, polybags closed. Each unit checked against the prep requirements you sent us with the SKU upload.

  3. 03

    Case-pack + palletize

Outer cartons built to Amazon's case quantity, labeled, and stacked on pallets. Carton dims and weights logged back to your Seller Central inbound.

  4. 04

    Direct to FC

Trailer dispatched to the assigned Amazon fulfillment center. Tracking + POD pushed back to your shipment record.

our brand's customers, they look at Amazon and they say, it's a necessary evil. I have to be on it because it just generates so much sales.

Why FBA sellers move from generic 3PLs to us

We did this ourselves before we did it for you.

1

We've been on the seller side.

Both founders started as FBA sellers. The mistakes our ops manager already knows to avoid are ones we've personally been on the wrong end of — wrong FNSKU, missed prep type, late inbound.

2

Two FCs, one service agreement.

Ontario, CA for West Coast inbound and ONT-LAX-airport adjacency. Reidsville, NC for East Coast reach and FTZ Zone #230. One contract, one portal, both warehouses synced.

3

Prep priced per the work.

Per-unit prep, per-bundle assembly, per-case pack — itemized and predictable. You see the line items before the work happens, not after.

4

Real-time inventory + Seller Central sync.

On-hand and inbound across both FCs visible in our portal. Shipment IDs auto-matched. No mystery batches; no daily 'where's my pallet' email chains.
