Original master cases opened, units inspected for damage, components segregated by SKU and lot.
New case-pack quantity per the retailer's routing guide. UPC, case-pack label, and country-of-origin label applied per spec.
Pallets built to the retailer's pallet height, slip-sheet, and stretch-wrap spec. ASN and BOL generated at the same station.
How a master case reconfig runs
Routing guide reviewed. Pre-build sample case assembled and photographed for QA approval before the run starts.
Inbound master cases opened. Damaged units segregated. Components verified against the inbound packing list.
New case-pack assembled. UPC and case-pack label applied. First case photographed and sent for QA approval before scale-up.
Pallets built to retailer spec, stretch-wrapped, ASN and BOL generated. Pre-pickup audit against the routing guide before pickup.
I know I could start again. Just hire some people, do a warehouse, and just do the... It would not be inventory-based at that point. It would be services based.
